On August 4, 2015 at the Potomac Yard Conference Center, Arlington, VA, Brian gave an invited 4-hour presentation on “What cost-inclusive evaluation is, why it matters, overcoming obstacles” to over 80 members of the Office of Program Evaluation in the Office of the Inspector General for the US Environmental Protection Agency.
This was a national 3-day "all hands on deck" conference of the Office of Program Evaluation of the Office of the Inspector General of the US Environmental Protection Agency.
