On August 25, 2015 in Sacramento, CA, Brian gave an invited 6-hour presentation on “Cost-Inclusive Evaluation: Improving Cost, Cost-Effectiveness, Cost-Benefit” to 5 evaluators assisting the State of California’s Mental Health Services Act Oversight and Accountability Commission.
This was an invited presentation conducted as part of technical assistance offered by Trylon Associates to the State of California, heading by Dr. Elizabeth Harris.
