PERL presentations at AEA 2021

At the 2021 virtual conference of the American Evaluation Association (http://www.eval.org), Corinne, Salman, and Brian made one presentation and Brian made another. We were joined in the first of these by Jess Kali, Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at the Freedom House Emergency Assistance Program.

These presentations were actually pretty competitively peer-reviewed, with only 2 presentations being allowed for most Topical Interest Groups (TIGs) by AEA.
